ProjectFirma
ProjectFirma is a community-driven, open-source program performance and project tracking platform.
This platform began as a custom web application built for Tahoe Regional Planning Agency's Environmental Improvement Program (EIP) in 2014. A year and a half later, TRPA graciously made it available as open-source and Sitka Technology Group re-architected it as a multi-tenant system, making it much quicker and easier for others to leverage and build upon.
Each tenant controls their own instance and their own data, but share infrastructure: a common, but configurable database schema and codebase. When one tenant invests in new functionality, Sitka strives to implement it in a way that other tenants can enjoy for free or minimal additional cost.
Case studies, FAQs, and other information about ProjectFirma are available from Sitka's product page.
